Comprehensive advice on Licensing requirements on purchase or sale of Licensed Premises
This will include Transfer of Premises License, change of Premises Manager, and scrutiny of existing or new License to maximise revenue.
New Grant of Premises Licenses
This will include advice from the outset, tailored as per Local Authority situ as to their fixed costs, Section 50 certificates potential roads permission, objections and any statutory consultee objections. Further drafting and submission of application and representation at said licensing board if required. A key focus is critically how to maximise your application and your income stream.
Variations of Existing Premises Licenses
This will include all minor and major variations required to be submitted whilst a in depth scrutiny of the Premises License to establish if any other areas should be varied again to boost income generation.
Transfer of Premises Licenses
This will include advice on all aspects of a Transfer of a Premises License and the drafting and submission of said Transfer to the Local Authority to ensure a smooth uninterrupted business transition.
Personal Licenses
This will include drafting and submitting new Personal License applications and arranging refresher or new Personal License Courses through SQA approved course providers.
Mandatory Staff Licensing Training
This will include a bespoke staff training delivery in house by myself as a Personal License Holder at your convenience to any staff requiring trained to ensure compliance under Licensing Legislation.

Occasional Licences/Extension of Hours
